HIIT TimerHIIT Timer is a simple, easy-to-use application to be used with an HIIT/Tabata workout routine. The two alternating timers allow for one working or sprinting rep followed by a rest rep. In the settings, there is an optional 3 second start timer which allows the user to put their phone in their pocket before training.What is HIIT/Tabata?HIIT and Tabata training are brief, high intensity exercises which involve alternating work and rest reps. In general, working reps are anywhere from 20 seconds to a minute and a half long, while rest reps are half as long. The continuous short bursts of intense exercise are excellent for improving your cardio and losing weight.Language SupportAt the moment, this application is only viewable in English, although the layout is simple enough that it should be easy to understand without a strong grasp of the language.- Removed ads.- Changed countdown timer setting to allow for user input.
